According to the Ministry of Public Security, developing housing for officers and soldiers is a key priority, essential for building a professional, elite, and modern People’s Police force. Amid rising property prices, projects like IA25 offer practical solutions to address housing challenges and enhance the well-being of the armed forces.

Aligned with this mission, Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company and UDIC Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation were honored to be selected as the project’s developers, leveraging their expertise, capabilities, and dedication in urban infrastructure and residential real estate development.

On behalf of the developers, Mr. Lê Thái Thành – Chairman of Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company, addressed the event

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lê Thái Thành emphasized, “With the close guidance of the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi People’s Committee, along with the efforts of all participating units, we are committed to completing the IA25 project on schedule and ensuring it becomes a model housing complex for the People’s Police force.”

From Strategic Location to Prosperous Living

The IA25 project, designed for the People’s Police force, is situated on over 18,000 m² of land, part of the 20% fund of the Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra). This prime location boasts vibrant infrastructure and excellent connectivity to the city center and neighboring provinces via Ring Road 2, Ring Road 3, and major transportation arteries.

The modern and elegant design of the IA25 project

The development features three towers, ranging from 27 to 40 stories, offering 1,262 apartments with 2–4 bedrooms to cater to diverse family needs. With a construction density of only 37%, the majority of the area is dedicated to green spaces and amenities such as playgrounds, swimming pools, sports facilities, gyms, and walking paths, fostering a healthy, convenient, and connected living environment.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the IA25 project marks a significant milestone in expanding housing for the People’s Police force, reflecting the collaborative spirit and shared values of businesses with the humanitarian policies of the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Public Security.

Upon completion, the project will not only provide a stable home for thousands of officers, soldiers, and their families but also become an architectural landmark in the area, spreading positive values throughout the community.
