Earlier, in early October 2025, TNG disbursed over 61.3 billion VND for the first interim dividend payment of 2025, also at a 5% rate in cash.
During the 2025 Annual General Meeting, TNG shareholders approved a dividend plan for 2025, with an expected payout ratio ranging from 16% to 20% of the charter capital, payable in cash or shares.
In other developments, TNG recently disclosed receiving Decision No. 1681/QĐ-XPHC from the Customs Authority regarding administrative penalties.
TNG was fined over 10.7 million VND for violating regulations on the management of imported raw materials and supplies under the processing and export production scheme. This resulted in a discrepancy in actual inventory compared to customs declarations as of December 31, 2024, not falling under the exceptions outlined in points d, đ, e, g of Article 14, Decree No. 128/2020/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2020, leading to underpaid taxes.
This violation resulted in an underpayment of taxes amounting to over 53.7 million VND, as discovered by the Customs Authority during a post-clearance inspection. However, on October 15, 2025, the company settled the outstanding tax amount with the State Budget.
Thus, the total administrative fine TNG must pay to the State Budget is over 10.7 million VND.
