Upon completion, it will be Vietnam’s largest coastal urban area, aiming to become a leading “eco-tech sea metropolis” in the region. Developed under the ESG++ model, it integrates smart technology, green energy, and harmonious forest-sea planning.
The project is Vietnam’s first to pursue the BREEAM Communities certification—a stringent global standard for sustainable urban development—and the ISO 37122 national standard for smart cities.
It features an offshore wind energy system 20 km from the coast, utilizing advanced technology to maximize natural wind power for green energy supply.

The metropolis also invests in green transportation infrastructure, aiming for 100% zero-emission vehicles within the urban area.
With its “forest-backed, sea-facing” location, the project maintains temperatures 2°C cooler than Ho Chi Minh City’s center, positioning itself as a sustainable urban icon in Southern Vietnam.
