Masan Consumer Files for Listing Over 1 Billion Shares on HoSE

The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has announced the receipt of the initial listing application from Masan Consumer Corporation (Masan Consumer, code: MCH) on November 5, 2025.

The company plans to list 1.067 billion shares, equivalent to a charter capital of 10,676.2 billion VND. Vietcap Securities Corporation is the advisory firm for this listing.

Previously, MCH shares began trading on the UPCoM market on January 5, 2017, with a reference price of 90,000 VND per share.

The plan to list on HoSE was approved by Masan Consumer’s shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. In early October 2025, Masan Consumer announced a resolution to transfer its stock trading from UPCoM to HoSE in Q4/2025 or Q1-Q2/2026.

In recent developments, MCH has released a document seeking shareholder approval for the dismissal of Ms. Nguyen Thu Hien from the Board of Directors. Following this, Ms. Hien will also step down as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Conversely, shareholders will elect Mr. Truong Nhat Quang as a Board member for the remaining term of 2024-2029.

Mr. Truong Nhat Quang, born in 1973, currently serves as the Managing Lawyer and Director of YKVN LLC (and its predecessor professional organizations).

In terms of business performance, in Q3/2025, MCH reported net revenue of 7,516 billion VND, a slight 6% decrease year-on-year. Consequently, net profit after tax declined by 19% to 1,698 billion VND.

For the first nine months of the year, Masan Consumer recorded net revenue of 21,281 billion VND, a 3% decrease compared to the same period last year. Net profit after tax fell to 4,660 billion VND, a 16% decline year-on-year.

For 2025, Masan Consumer aims to achieve revenue between 33,500 and 35,500 billion VND (a 10-15% increase) and net profit after tax ranging from 7,300 to 7,800 billion VND.
