Key Infrastructure Project in Ho Chi Minh City’s Northeast Region

The Saigon Riverbank Road is a pivotal infrastructure project within Ho Chi Minh City’s 2025–2030 investment plan, spanning approximately 98.2 km with a 32-meter width. This transportation route plays a crucial role in interconnecting the Northeast region of the city, while also driving the development of a vibrant urban, commercial, and service-oriented riverside area.

In this context, A&T Group has emerged as a pioneering enterprise, receiving approval from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to undertake the renovation of the road segment from Vinh Phu 17A to Vinh Phu 23, as outlined in Decision No. 663/UBND-KT issued on October 6, 2025.

The riverbank road renovation not only signifies an enhancement in regional connectivity but also underscores A&T Group’s steadfast commitment to partnering with local authorities in realizing the vision of riverside urban development—a strategic priority for Ho Chi Minh City in the coming decade.

This renovation project marks a significant milestone in the development of A&T Saigon Riverside, a residential complex embodying a “riverside resort” lifestyle, currently being developed by A&T Group in Binh Hoa Ward.

A&T Group has been approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to renovate the road segment from Vinh Phu 17A to Vinh Phu 23, as per Decision No. 663/UBND-KT issued on October 6, 2025.

According to the developer’s representative, upon completion, the road will significantly improve transportation connectivity and contribute to the comprehensive development of Binh Hoa’s infrastructure, fostering a modern, synchronized, and sustainable riverside urban area. “Beyond our commitment to enhancing riverside infrastructure for the future residents of A&T Saigon Riverside, we aim to cultivate a sophisticated living space where individuals, nature, and urban amenities coexist harmoniously,” shared the representative from A&T Group.
