At the 2025 Top 10 & Top 5 Prestigious Companies Awards Ceremony, hosted by Vietnam Report in collaboration with VietNamNet on October 28, FPT Retail was once again honored in the Top 10 Retail Companies. The company also secured the second position in the electronics, refrigeration, and digital equipment category. This marks the ninth consecutive year FPT Retail has been featured in the rankings, showcasing the sustained stability and reputation of FPT’s retail network.
According to Vietnam Report, the rankings are based on three key criteria: financial capacity from the latest annual report, media reputation assessed via Media Coding, and consumer and expert surveys conducted in August and September 2025. After a rigorous independent evaluation and screening process involving hundreds of companies, FPT Retail met the stringent criteria and maintained its “runner-up” position in the electronics and digital equipment sector for the fourth consecutive year.
Accepting the award, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Diệp, Regional Sales Director for Hanoi at FPT Retail, emphasized that the company will continue to enhance service quality, expand its network, and collaborate with reputable partners. This commitment ensures the delivery of genuine products with transparent origins and an optimized shopping experience for customers.
FPT Retail currently operates FPT Shop, F.Studio by FPT, and the Long Châu pharmacy and vaccination center chain. In the technology retail sector, FPT Shop is optimizing store operations, expanding its electronics segment, and leveraging technology to streamline the shopping journey and enhance customer care. Long Châu continues to expand nationwide, focusing on training pharmacists and doctors, ensuring pharmaceutical transparency, and advancing digital health consultations.
