Phạm Nhật Vượng Launches Aerospace and Aviation Manufacturing Company

VinSpace, a leading corporation, is majority-owned by Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong with a 71% stake, while Vingroup holds 19%. Additionally, Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Mr. Pham Nhat Minh Hoang each own 5% of the company’s charter capital. VinSpace operates across six key sectors, including the manufacturing of aircraft, spacecraft, and related machinery, air freight transportation, and satellite telecommunications services.

According to Vingroup (stock code: VIC), Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with his two sons, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, have jointly invested in establishing VinSpace Joint Stock Company, with a chartered capital of 300 billion VND.

Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong contributed 213 billion VND, equivalent to 71% of the chartered capital. Vingroup invested 57 billion VND, accounting for 19%. His two sons, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, each contributed 15 billion VND, representing 5% of VinSpace’s chartered capital.

VinSpace Joint Stock Company is registered to operate in six sectors: scientific research and technological development in natural sciences, engineering, and technology; manufacturing of aircraft, spacecraft, and related machinery; air cargo transportation; satellite telecommunications; and other telecommunications activities.

In addition to investing in VinSpace, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang also hold shares in several companies within Vingroup’s ecosystem, such as VinEnergo, VinSpeed, and VinRobotics.

Previously, Vingroup expanded its operations with new pillars, including green infrastructure and energy, alongside its existing pillars of industrial technology, commercial services, and social philanthropy.

By October, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong and his family had established multiple companies across various sectors. Specifically, Vingroup contributed 65% of the chartered capital to Vin New Horizon Joint Stock Company (with a chartered capital of 1,000 billion VND). Mrs. Pham Thu Huong, Mr. Vuong’s wife, holds 32% of the chartered capital and serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and legal representative of the company.

The two daughters-in-law of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, including Miss Nguyen Phuong Nhi and Mrs. Bui Lan Anh, along with his daughter Pham Nhat Minh Anh, each hold 1% of the chartered capital. Vin New Horizon is a high-end retirement urban model with each zone ranging from 20 to 50 hectares in Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City.

Vingroup and members of the Pham Nhat Vuong family also established three new companies in the entertainment sector. These include V-Film Cinema Development Joint Stock Company, V-Culture Talents Vietnam Cultural Talent Development Joint Stock Company, and V-Spirit Event Organization Joint Stock Company. All have a chartered capital of 10 billion VND and are headquartered in Vinhomes Riverside, Hanoi.

V-Film is registered to produce and distribute feature films, television programs, audio recordings, and music publishing. The entire Vuong family participates in the investment: Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong owns 45%, Vingroup holds 10%, and Mrs. Pham Thu Huong owns 25%. The three children—Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, Pham Nhat Quan Anh, and Pham Nhat Minh Anh—hold 20% of the chartered capital.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors and legal representative of V-Film is Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy, a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Vinpearl (stock code: VPL). The other two companies have a similar shareholder structure, with Mr. Thuy serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Additionally, members of the Pham Nhat Vuong family appear as shareholders in VinMetal Production and Trading Joint Stock Company. Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang each own 1% of VinMetal’s chartered capital. Vingroup holds 98% of the capital, operating in steel production with a Phase 1 capacity of 5 million tons.
