In this context, A&T Group has emerged as a pioneering enterprise, receiving approval from the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to undertake the renovation of the road segment from Vinh Phu 17A to Vinh Phu 23, as per Decision No. 663/UBND-KT issued on October 6, 2025.

This renovation project marks a significant starting point in the creation of the A&T Saigon Riverside apartment complex, a development by A&T Group in Binh Hoa Ward, offering a “riverside resort” lifestyle.
A&T Group is the pioneering enterprise approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to renovate the road segment from Vinh Phu 17A to Vinh Phu 23, as per Decision No. 663/UBND-KT issued on October 6, 2025.
