The Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center has announced plans to auction land-use rights for a 106.8-hectare eco-tourism, resort, and entertainment project on Chua Chan Mountain in Xuan Loc Commune. The starting bid is set at nearly VND 2.679 trillion (approximately VND 2.9 million per square meter), scheduled for November.

In December, the center will finalize legal procedures to auction land-use rights for five projects, including a 51.6-hectare urban-commercial-service project (Area 1) in Tran Bien Ward, part of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone. The auctionable area is approximately 21.5 hectares, with a starting bid of nearly VND 2.118 trillion.
A 2.7-hectare plot (2.6 hectares auctionable) in Tam Hiep Ward, designated for mixed-use apartment construction, lacks technical infrastructure and has a starting bid of over VND 436 billion.
A 1.9-hectare riverside high-rise residential complex project in Tran Bien Ward (1.6 hectares auctionable), currently vacant land, has a starting bid of over VND 340 billion.

Additional auctions include a 13.2-hectare plot in Tran Bien Ward, valued at nearly VND 1.040 trillion, and a 102-hectare eco-urban complex and theme park project in Phuoc An Commune, valued at over VND 2.660 trillion.
During a meeting on October 21, 2025, the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee tasked the Land Fund Development Center with achieving a minimum revenue of VND 14.3 trillion from land-use auctions in 2025. Since late September, the province has successfully auctioned three plots, raising over VND 6.743 trillion.
