The flagship project is the Multi-Sided Social Housing Area 3 in the Hung Thang Service Urban Area (Bai Chay Ward), developed by Ha Long Investment and Production Development LLC. With a total investment of 3.368 trillion VND, the project spans approximately 29,700 m² (2.97 hectares), including over 17,000 m² designated for construction. Completion is slated for Q4/2028.

Also in Cao Xanh, a partnership between Gland Real Estate JSC and Global Financial Investment JSC is undertaking a social housing project on 20% of the residential land northwest of Tran Thai Tong Street.
