According to business reports, on November 8, 2025, the first three Three O’Clock stores officially opened in Gurugram (Haryana state, North India), a major financial, technology, and commercial hub located approximately 30 km from New Delhi. These stores are situated in Elan Epic Mall, AIPL Joy Central, and AIPL Business Club, all premium complexes integrating Class A offices, retail, dining, and entertainment.

In November and December, FranGlobal—the exclusive franchise partner of Three O’Clock in the Indian subcontinent—will launch three additional stores in AIPL Joy Gallery, Elan Miracle, and Airia Mall, bringing the total to six. This marks the Vietnamese coffee brand’s first international expansion, nearly a year after signing the global franchise agreement.

Gaurav Marya, Chairman of FranGlobal, highlighted India’s potential with 65% of its population under 35. While tea remains dominant, coffee culture is rapidly gaining traction among youth. Marya emphasized Three O’Clock’s dynamic brand identity aligns perfectly with India’s evolving consumer trends.

“We aim to establish a strong presence as a fresh yet professional international brand, kickstarting an aggressive expansion plan targeting 300 outlets within five years,” stated Marya. FranGlobal has partnered with sub-franchisees to enter Gujarat and Hyderabad in 2026.

Marya credited Three O’Clock’s streamlined franchise framework—covering operations, training, marketing, and supply chain—for the swift rollout. FranGlobal praised the brand’s proactive localization of models and products for the Indian market.

Thuan Nguyen, Founder & CEO of Three O’Clock, noted the launches followed months of collaboration between Teatime (the parent company) and FranGlobal. “These stores symbolize more than just new locations—they’re a cultural bridge between Vietnam and India, one cup at a time,” she remarked.

Under the January 2025 agreement, FranGlobal will develop Three O’Clock across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, committing to 100 outlets within a decade. India serves as the inaugural market in this regional rollout.

FranGlobal specializes in international franchising and brand expansion, partnering with global F&B leaders. The Indian subcontinent’s 1.9 billion population (1.4 billion in India alone) positions it as the world’s fifth-largest economy by nominal GDP.

Nguyen Phi Van, Chairwoman of Go Global Holdings, highlighted Three O’Clock’s achievement as one of the first Vietnamese brands to secure an international franchise deal within eight months of joining the Go Global Franchise Accelerator. She cited this as a model for Vietnamese enterprises to export business models, not just raw materials.

Founded in 2016 in Ho Chi Minh City, Three O’Clock pioneered Vietnam’s 24/7 coffee shop concept. With nine outlets in HCMC and one in Hanoi, the brand now spearheads Vietnamese coffee’s global franchising ambitions.
