CaraWorld has set its second record in just six months, marking another significant milestone in its journey to create a coastal urban icon—a premier aviation-centric hub for commerce, tourism, and high-end living in Vietnam’s South Central Coast region.

Dual Infrastructure: CaraWorld’s Unmatched Advantage

Recognized by the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings), CaraWorld’s achievement stems from its robust infrastructure and strategic positioning. The project is strategically located adjacent to two vital transportation hubs in the South Central Coast: Cam Ranh International Airport and Cam Ranh International Seaport, which collectively serve millions of passengers and tons of cargo annually.

In the first nine months of 2025, Cam Ranh Airport welcomed over 4.2 million international passengers, signaling a strong recovery in regional air travel post-pandemic. Simultaneously, Cam Ranh Seaport handled more than 3 million tons of cargo, surpassing annual targets and expanding maritime connectivity across the Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond its proximity to the seaport, CaraWorld features a private, large-scale international marina within the project. Designed to international standards, the marina includes a 420-meter main pier accommodating cruise ships up to 225,000 GT—among the largest in the world—along with six yacht clusters and a synchronized navigation system.

The 22,000 m² passenger terminal, with a capacity of 50,000–75,000 visitors annually, will not only boost transport, tourism, and retail services but also contribute hundreds of millions in tourism revenue, positioning Cam Ranh as Asia’s emerging maritime hub.

Seamlessly integrating air, sea, and regional transport networks enhances operational efficiency for tourism, hospitality, retail, and logistics within the project. For investors, this translates to faster ROI and optimized short- to medium-term value. Residents and long-term guests benefit from unparalleled connectivity and a tangible, planning-independent quality of life.

In a market increasingly favoring projects with clear legal frameworks and completed infrastructure, CaraWorld excels on both fronts. Its strategic location not only drives record-setting achievements but also solidifies its long-term market leadership in coastal real estate.

“This milestone underscores CaraWorld’s unique vision and development strategy in Vietnam’s real estate sector. We aim to establish CaraWorld as the ‘Global Bay Entertainment Capital’—a gateway for international elites and a new symbol of tourism and maritime trade for Khanh Hoa and Vietnam,” shared Ms. Que Nhi, Deputy CEO of KN Holdings, at the event.

Positioning as the Global Bay Entertainment Capital

CaraWorld is realizing its vision through a structured development strategy and clear execution roadmap. Operational highlights include the 27-hole KN Golf Links, Wyndham Grand Paradise Cam Ranh resort, and Sunpark and Nikko districts.

KN Golf Links hosted the first leg of the 2025 Legend Tour in September.

In 2025, the 11-hectare CaraBeach park opened to the public, drawing thousands during holidays. The Italian-style restaurant-supermarket-café complex, CaraWorld gateway, and additional entertainment, sports, and retail amenities have energized the community, launching the first seaside commercial experience.

In Q4 2025, KN Cam Ranh will accelerate developments such as the Cara Water Park, beach bar, and Moroccan Park. The international marina, entertainment complex, and casino will break ground in 2026, expanding the urban ecosystem and reinforcing CaraWorld’s status as a regional entertainment and hospitality icon.

Aligned with international standards, CaraWorld has captured both domestic and international investor interest, particularly as long-term coastal living gains popularity. Its growth mirrors a “Southeast Asian Dubai Marina”—a fusion of nature, modernity, infrastructure, and services.

Market dynamics highlight a pivotal phase. Unlike other tourism projects awaiting infrastructure, CaraWorld is entering commercialization with rapid deployment, clear legal status, and capital inflows across districts. Its freehold land—especially for villas, townhouses, and commercial properties—sets it apart in a market dominated by leasehold offerings.

Coastal cities with airport and seaport access, such as Victoria Harbour (Hong Kong), Biscayne Bay (USA), and Sydney Harbour (Australia), have demonstrated exceptional value growth through integrated commercial ecosystems. CaraWorld is poised for similar success, offering long-term appreciation and development potential as the hospitality real estate market matures.

Amid market restructuring toward sustainability, CaraWorld is emerging as a globally competitive coastal urban center, evolving into a premier entertainment and hospitality destination seamlessly connected to aviation, maritime, and trade networks.
