According to Dân trí and Báo Lao động, on the morning of November 13th, numerous police officers were seen at the Mailisa Beauty Clinic located on Ngô Quyền Street, Buôn Ma Thuột Ward, Đắk Lắk Province, and another facility at 86-88-92 Huỳnh Văn Bánh (formerly in Phú Nhuận District). This address corresponds to the Mailisa Beauty Clinic building.

Outside the clinic, a blue-plated vehicle with a priority siren was parked, and two Mobile Police officers were stationed nearby.

Inside, police forces were engaged in discussions with several individuals. The incident drew the attention of many curious onlookers from a distance.

In Đắk Lắk, the Mailisa Beauty Clinic has been operating for many years, earning a reputation and attracting a large clientele. The clinic is currently constructing an additional facility in Đắk Lắk, situated on Lê Thánh Tông Street, Buôn Ma Thuột Ward.
