Unveiling Vietnam’s AI Camera Ecosystem: 1,000+ AI Algorithms Powering F88’s Risk Management and Optimizing Operations Across Nearly 900 Branches

AI Vision Platform with Over 1,000 AI Algorithms

On the afternoon of November 12, HANET Technology Joint Stock Company (HANET Technology), a member of the G-Group Technology Corporation, officially hosted the AI VISION DAY 2025 technology event themed: “Creating a Safe Life.”

At the event, HANET introduced the AI Camera Ecosystem with a diverse range of devices for indoor/outdoor, traffic, residential areas, factories, retail, banks, schools, industrial zones, and detention centers. This ecosystem provides a highly reliable image capture and processing foundation, with recognition speeds of less than 0.2 seconds.

For instance, the AI Camera S200 PRO is used in traffic management, featuring advanced capabilities such as detecting speeds and accurately recognizing license plates at speeds up to 300 km/h, ensuring precision in all traffic scenarios. The system categorizes vehicles (motorcycles, cars, trucks, etc.) and analyzes traffic density on each lane, providing valuable data for effective management by authorities. The S200 PRO can simultaneously cover four lanes, optimizing investment costs on major roads.

The RAR-HANET device (developed by the RAR Center under the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security, and HANET Technology) utilizes citizen ID/VNeID and facial recognition for access control and security management. It has been deployed at significant national events such as the National Exhibition – 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, and the First Congress of Party Committees of Central Party Agencies.

A highlight of the event was the “Make in Vietnam” AI Vision platform, featuring over 1,000 AI algorithms developed by HANET Technology.

The scenarios are designed and customized flexibly, enabling businesses to easily implement a tailored security solution combining multiple AI solutions suitable for on-site conditions: object detection, feature recognition, behavior identification, density monitoring, and real-time anomaly alerts.

Mr. Vo Duc Tho, CEO of HANET Technology, emphasized: “Previously, it took months to survey, receive tasks, train models, and test. Now, the platform can meet 90% of business needs in less than a week. Businesses can propose tasks and test directly, reducing deployment time and costs while flexibly activating and combining multiple AI solutions simultaneously.”

A representative from HANET Technology added: “We aim to make AI a readily available tool for businesses, faster, smarter, and tailored to their specific needs.” Each product and AI algorithm is designed to achieve three measurable outcomes: reduce safety risks, enhance operational efficiency, and improve user experience.

Application at F88

AI Vision technology has been successfully applied in the “Smart Operation Center” project at F88, connecting data from nearly 900 transaction offices nationwide, helping this financial service chain optimize management and operations.

F88 faces four major challenges:

First, how to unify processes, ensure consistency, and maintain customer experience quality across nearly 900 transaction offices, while optimizing personnel and management during system expansion.

Second, how headquarters experts can directly intervene, make quick decisions, and act at the counter.

Third, risk control in credit operations.

Finally, ensuring safety and security for transaction offices after operating hours without a large security team.

To address these challenges, F88 partnered with HANET to develop a technology platform and enhance the application of HANET’s AI cameras in supporting operational management and improving F88’s efficiency.

Through the Smart Operation Center, F88 resolved the four challenges as follows:

All of F88’s operational processes are displayed in real-time. All activities at transaction offices, including customer entry and exit, contract issuance, staff adherence to standards, and script-based customer consultation, are comprehensively and consistently managed by the Smart Operation Center. This has helped F88 optimize personnel and costs.

Additionally, headquarters experts can directly communicate with transaction offices, enabling two-way, real-time interaction. This reduces the need for reports, mystery shopping, and analysis, allowing immediate action and enhancing transaction office performance.

For risk management, F88’s AI cameras can identify new and returning customers, detect blacklisted individuals, and assess behaviors to classify risk-prone actions. This enables better decision-making on loan approvals, supporting staff and maintaining a strong risk index for F88.

Regarding post-operating hours security, F88 previously required dozens of personnel to monitor cameras overnight. With the AI camera system, only 2-3 security staff are needed, optimizing safety and security operations.
