Focus of Cooperation: Transitioning from “Fixed Tax” to Comprehensive Digital Solutions
In response to Decision 3352/QĐ-CT by the Tax Department, the ceremony was attended by leaders from the Da Nang Tax Department, representatives from partner banks, heads of 10 regional Tax Sub-Departments, and numerous technology enterprises. VNPAY participated as a digital solution provider, partnering with the Tax Department in the transformation and modernization of tax management.
According to the agreement, the core focus of the collaboration is to support small businesses in transitioning from fixed tax payments to self-declaration and promote cashless transactions. This partnership enables small businesses to proactively adapt, prepare for self-declaration and tax payment starting January 1, 2026, and meet new standards for electronic invoices and financial management efficiency.
To achieve digital transformation goals, VNPAY introduced two key solutions: VNPAY-INVOICE (Electronic Invoicing) and VNPAY-CA (Digital Signature). These solutions automate invoice issuance in compliance with Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP, standardize accounting processes, reduce manual operations, and lower storage costs.
Additionally, digital payment solutions such as Payment Gateway, VNPAY-QR, VNPAY SmartPOS, and PhonePOS enable small businesses to process transactions quickly and securely. VNPAY-QR allows customers to pay via bank accounts, international cards, and e-wallets, offering convenience and flexibility while helping businesses increase revenue by reaching both domestic and international customers.
