Large-diameter black steel pipes from Hoa Phat supplied to the APEC 2027 Conference & Community Service Center project in Phu Quoc.
Mr. Truong Xuan Co, Director of Business Development and Projects at Dai Dung Group, stated: “Following the success of the National Exhibition and Convention Center project, Dai Dung continues to choose Hoa Phat steel pipes for the APEC 2027 mega-project. The high-quality products meet international standards and are delivered on schedule, allowing us to confidently execute the most complex structural components.”
The shipment includes large-diameter black steel pipes with diameters ranging from 141.3 mm to 323.8 mm. These products comply with the European standard EN 10219-1:2006 S355JR, with a minimum yield strength of 355Mpa, making them suitable for load-bearing structural applications.
With an annual capacity of 1.2 million tons, Hoa Phat is currently Vietnam’s largest steel pipe manufacturer. The company adheres to quality management systems ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, meeting international standards such as ASTM A500 Grade B, BS 1387/1985, BSEN 10255, and ASTM A53.
Notable projects utilizing Hoa Phat steel pipes include the National Exhibition and Convention Center, Terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Long Thanh International Airport, and various bridge, factory, and industrial pipeline projects.

The APEC 2027 Conference & Community Service Center is the latest project to use Hoa Phat steel pipes. With a total investment of over 51 trillion VND, the project is being built on a 57-hectare site in An Thoi Ward, Phu Quoc. It includes a 10,000 m² Conference and Exhibition Center, an International Press Center, and a high-rise hotel and duty-free commercial complex.
