PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (stock code: PVS, listed on HNX) has announced its plan to issue shares for the 2024 dividend payment.
On November 28, 2025, PVS will finalize the shareholder list for the issuance of nearly 33.5 million dividend shares at a ratio of 100:7, meaning shareholders holding 100 shares will receive 7 new shares.
The total issuance value, based on the par value, is approximately VND 334.6 billion. The capital for this issuance will be sourced from the undistributed after-tax profits as reported in PVS’s 2024 audited financial statements.

Upon completion of this issuance, PVS’s total outstanding shares will increase from nearly 478 million to over 511.4 million, raising its chartered capital from approximately VND 4,779.7 billion to more than VND 5,114.2 billion.
This share issuance for the 2024 dividend is part of the capital increase plan approved by PVS shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 29, 2025.
In terms of business performance, PVS recorded a consolidated net revenue of nearly VND 23,002.6 billion in the first nine months of 2025, a 63.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Its after-tax profit reached nearly VND 949 billion, up 34.3% year-on-year.
For 2025, PVS targets a consolidated after-tax profit of VND 780 billion. By the end of the third quarter, the company has already achieved 121.7% of its annual profit goal.
As of September 30, 2025, PVS’s total assets grew by 15% from the beginning of the year to over VND 39,192.1 billion. Cash and cash equivalents accounted for 31.8% of total assets, amounting to nearly VND 12,469.3 billion, while short-term receivables stood at over VND 8,256.8 billion, representing 21.1% of total assets.
On the liabilities side, total payables reached over VND 23,794.2 billion, a 23% increase from the start of the year. Short-term accrued expenses totaled more than VND 7,150.2 billion, making up 30.1% of total liabilities, while loans and finance leases were nearly VND 1,647 billion.
