Skland Group Takes on New Project Under Leadership of Former SJS Chairman

On November 7th, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City approved Skland Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor for the social housing project within the new residential area of Cam Dien - Luong Dien commune, Cam Giang district (now Mao Dien commune).

With a total investment of over VND 550 billion, Skland Company contributes VND 170 billion, accounting for more than 30% of the total capital, while the remainder is raised through funding. The construction scale includes three 15-story social housing buildings, providing approximately 672 apartments.

The project is set to be completed within 24 months from the land handover date, with a 10-year operational period.

By the end of 2025, Hai Phong aims to complete nearly 10,700 social housing units, followed by an additional 32,900 units between 2026 and 2030.

Who is Skland?

Skland is a newly established company, founded in April 2025, headquartered in Cam Giang Commune, Hai Phong City. Its primary focus is real estate development. With a chartered capital of VND 180 billion, the founding shareholders include Phuc Ha Group Investment JSC (50%), HDK Development Investment JSC (45%), and Mr. Nguyen Nang An (5%). The company is chaired by Mr. Vu Hong Su, who also serves as the legal representative. Notably, Mr. Su previously served as a board member of SJ Group JSC (HOSE: SJS, formerly known as Song Da Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment JSC – SUDICO) from 2007 to June 2020.

Phuc Ha Group Investment JSC, initially named Phuc Ha Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development and Business Investment JSC, was established in late 2006, with its headquarters in Vinh Phuc Ward, Phu Tho Province. As of March 2015, the company had a chartered capital of VND 80 billion, with Mr. Vu Hong Su holding over 79%. By June 2023, the capital increased to VND 236 billion, under the leadership of Mr. Vu Van Gian as CEO and legal representative.

HDK Development Investment JSC, formerly Hakico Development Investment JSC, was founded in April 2015. By the end of 2019, the company had a chartered capital of VND 50 billion, led by Mr. Tran Ngoc Quynh as CEO and legal representative. In June 2020, the capital was reduced to VND 30 billion. In July 2021, the company was renamed HDK Development Investment JSC.

In July, Skyland Group Investment JSC, chaired by Mr. Su, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Thach Quy Urban Area project in Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province. The project spans 10.1 hectares with a total investment of over VND 800 billion.

Established in 2022, Skyland Group has a chartered capital of VND 150 billion. Its founding shareholders include Thanh Nam Construction Design Consulting and Investment JSC (15%), HDK Development Investment (25%), Phuc Ha Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development and Business Investment (30%), Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan (20%), and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan (10%).
