The U.S. delegation commended the Vietnamese team’s goodwill, efforts, and innovative approach, particularly highlighting the direct negotiations between Minister Nguyen Hong Dien and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer prior to the official technical session. Based on Vietnam’s requests, the U.S. provided initial positive feedback and indicated willingness to address these within the overall negotiation framework.
