Pursuant to Decision No. 1641/2025/QĐ-CT.HĐQT issued on November 11, 2025, Mr. Vũ Văn Hậu, Deputy General Director and Member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Geleximco Group.
Simultaneously, according to Resolution No. 1013/2025/NQ-HĐQT, the Founding Council of Geleximco Group was established, with Mr. Vũ Văn Tiền, former Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, assuming the role of Chairman of the Founding Council. In this capacity, Chairman Vũ Văn Tiền will collaborate with the Board of Directors and the Group’s leadership to implement strategic directives and orientations for the Group’s development.

Geleximco, originally established as Hanoi General Import-Export Company Limited in 1993 under the Prime Minister’s Decision, began with an initial charter capital of 3 billion VND. Today, Geleximco boasts an annual revenue exceeding 20,000 billion VND, total assets of 80,000 billion VND, and provides stable employment for over 10,000 workers.
Recently, Geleximco invested 2,562 billion VND to acquire 87.97% of the charter capital of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation (Viettronics), a price 2.65 times higher than the starting bid.
