According to MIK Group’s announcement, the Imperia Sky Bay project spans 6.73 hectares in Bac Giang’s six-way intersection, Bac Ninh Province, with a total investment of nearly VND 3.5 trillion. The development is designed as a mixed-use complex featuring luxury apartments, a shopping center, services, and a 5-star hotel.
Strategically located, the project is surrounded by major roads such as Provincial Road 293 – Tay Yen Tu, Hoang The Thien Street, Mai Thi Vu Trang Street, and Ton Duc Thang Street. It also borders the Do Hamlet residential area to the north.
The master plan includes three 30-story luxury apartment towers and two twin hotel towers. Upon completion, the project will offer approximately 1,300 apartments, 200 5-star hotel rooms, 120 serviced apartments, and 51 low-rise shophouses.
Construction is slated to begin in Q1 2026, with handover expected in 2028, fully compliant with legal requirements.
Imperia Sky Bay’s anticipated pricing starts at nearly VND 100 million per square meter. Specifically, a 55 sqm one-bedroom apartment is priced around VND 5.5 billion; a 78 sqm two-bedroom unit at VND 7.9 billion; and a 110 sqm three-bedroom apartment from VND 11.2 billion. These prices position the project among the highest in Bac Ninh’s current apartment market.
MIK Group specializes in high-end residential and hospitality real estate. The group collaborates with international hotel management firms such as Meliá, Sol by Meliá, and Mövenpick to operate its hotel and resort projects. MIK Group’s portfolio includes the Imperia and Valencia brands, along with resorts in Phu Quoc.
During a meeting with Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh and the ministry’s delegation on September 12, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, affirmed that Bac Ninh aims to achieve city status directly under the Central Government by 2028 at the latest.
