In just the past two weeks, the Mailisa system has abruptly dissolved numerous companies. The latest update reveals that only nine branches remain operational nationwide. This unusual activity coincides suspiciously with an impending inspection by regulatory authorities.

According to various sources, Mr. Hoàng Kim Khánh, husband of the owner of Mailisa, signed the dissolution decision for Mailisa Beauty Service Company Limited (located on Trần Huy Liệu Street, Phú Nhuận District, Ho Chi Minh City) on October 28th. The reason cited was “ineffective business operations.”

The following day, on October 29th, Mr. Khánh signed another dissolution decision for Mailisa Beauty Service Company Limited in Phú Quốc, An Giang, citing the same reason.

On Mailisa’s official Facebook fanpage, which boasts over 2.8 million followers, the system announced the presence of 9 branches nationwide: 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, and one each in Hanoi, Nghệ An, Đà Nẵng, Khánh Hòa, Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng, and Cần Thơ.

This contradicts earlier information on the company’s website, which advertised 17 branches and claimed a presence in all major cities.

The company’s website promotes Mailisa as being established in 1998, with over 2,000 skilled personnel, including doctors, nurses, and technicians, all fully certified. The system claims 17 branches nationwide and over 16 million customers.

On November 14th, as reported by Tiền Phong, the Mailisa Beauty Clinic on Huỳnh Văn Bánh Street, Ho Chi Minh City, was operating as usual. From 8 a.m., staff were present to welcome customers, although the number of visitors seeking consultations was significantly lower than usual.

As previously reported by Tiền Phong, on November 13th, the Ministry of Public Security, in collaboration with local police, conducted searches at various Mailisa facilities. In Ho Chi Minh City, after several hours of searching the premises at 86-88-92 Huỳnh Văn Bánh, police left with numerous boxes of documents and several individuals were invited to the station for questioning. The police also searched a 4,000 m² mansion in Thới An Ward owned by the couple who run the Mailisa system. The Ministry of Public Security has not yet disclosed the specific reasons or details of the case.

Mailisa and the entrepreneur couple owning the beauty clinic chain are currently under intense public scrutiny, with their business records and related information causing a stir among the public.

The dissolution of subsidiary companies and the reduction in the number of branches announced just before and during the police inspection of the Mailisa system have sparked widespread public speculation.
