90s Leader of CMS Divests Entire 11.8% Stake

Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tú, a Board Member of CMH Vietnam Group (HNX: CMS), has sold his entire 3 million shares (equivalent to 11.8% of the company’s capital) from October 10 to November 7. According to Mr. Tú, the divestment aims to meet personal financial needs.

Conversely, Mr. Phạm Minh Phúc, Chairman of the Board, registered to purchase 600,000 CMS shares from October 30 to November 27. This transaction aims to increase his ownership stake. If he acquires all registered shares, Mr. Phúc’s holdings will rise to nearly 6.2 million shares, increasing his stake from 21.97% to 24.32%.

Postef Leader Divests Entire Stake, Incurring Over 40% Loss

Mr. Dương Trung Lợi, a Board Member of Postef (HNX: POT), sold his entire 2.4 million POT shares (12.26% of the charter capital) on November 10 through a negotiated transaction.

The entire lot was transferred to Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thùy Dương, an unrelated individual investor. Post-transaction, Mrs. Dương’s ownership increased from 3.59% to 15.84%, holding nearly 3.1 million shares, becoming the second-largest shareholder after VNPT (49.99%) and surpassing LPBank Securities (11.32%).

The negotiated transaction totaled over VND 47.6 billion, averaging VND 20,000 per share. For Mr. Lợi, this was a significant loss, as he acquired these shares on April 20, 2022, through a negotiated deal worth nearly VND 81 billion, averaging VND 34,000 per share. Compared to the investment value, this divestment resulted in a loss of over 41% after more than three and a half years of ownership.

THP CEO Successfully Acquires Over 1.3 Million Shares

From October 24 to November 6, Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Phi Anh, CEO of Thuận Phước Fisheries and Trading JSC (UPCoM: THP), successfully purchased over 1.3 million THP shares, increasing her ownership to over 57%.

This ownership increase was exempted from a public tender offer as per the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 27, 2025. The meeting approved Mrs. Phi Anh’s acquisition of these shares from major shareholder Võ Hồng Thái. This represents Mr. Thái’s entire stake (6.05% of the charter capital).

On November 6, the market recorded over 1.3 million THP shares traded through a negotiated deal, which was Mrs. Phi Anh’s transaction. The transaction value was VND 11.75 billion, equivalent to approximately VND 9,000 per share. Post-transaction, Mrs. Phi Anh’s ownership increased to over 57%, holding a total of over 12.37 million shares.

CII Plans to Transfer Additional 4.5 Million NBB Shares to Subsidiary

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) registered to sell 4.49 million shares of Năm Bảy Bảy Investment Corporation (HOSE: NBB) to its subsidiary, CII Invest, from November 19 to December 18.

CII stated that the transaction aims to consolidate the NBB share investment under CII Invest.

Post-transaction, CII‘s ownership in NBB is expected to decrease from 26.43% to 21.95%, equivalent to nearly 22 million shares. Meanwhile, CII Invest’s ownership in NBB will increase from 50.47% to 54.95%.

MBAMC Registers to Sell Entire 5.18% Stake in ILB, Expected to Raise Over VND 53 Billion

MBAMC has announced plans to sell its entire nearly 2 million shares in ICD Tan Cang – Long Binh JSC (HOSE: ILB), equivalent to 5.18% of the charter capital.

The transaction is expected to take place from November 14 to December 13, after which MBAMC will no longer hold any ILB shares.

MBAMC’s CEO, Mr. Hà Anh Dũng, represents the capital but does not personally own ILB shares. Based on the closing price of VND 26,900 per share on November 11, the transaction value is estimated at over VND 53 billion.
