Local police departments have recently released lists of vehicles violating traffic rules, primarily for running red lights. In Ninh Binh, the Traffic Police Department reported that from November 4, 2025, to November 11, 2025, surveillance cameras captured 20 violations, with 15 cases involving disregard for traffic signal lights. The list includes:

Ninh Binh authorities urge all road users to adhere to traffic regulations to ensure personal and community safety.
On November 14, Lam Dong Police also published a summary from September 21, 2025, to October 31, 2025, identifying 95 vehicles running red lights and subject to fines. A total of 110 vehicles across both regions are listed, and owners are advised to promptly pay their fines as required.

To check for violations, citizens can visit the Traffic Police Department’s website at https://www.csgt.vn/tra-cuu-phuong-tien-vi-phạm.html. Enter the license plate number, vehicle type, and captcha code, then click “Search” to view any fines.
Alternatively, violations can be checked via the VneTraffic app by following these steps:
Step 1: Download and install VNeTraffic from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Log in to your account.
If you don’t have an account, register by scanning the QR code on the top right corner of your ID card. Verify your details, enter your phone number, and click “Confirm.”
An OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP and set a password.
Step 3: Select “Violation Search” to check for fines.
Step 4: Enter the vehicle’s license plate and click “Check.”
