Agimexpharm Set to Issue Nearly 4 Million AGP Shares

According to the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VSDC), November 27, 2025, marks the final registration date for existing shareholders of Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Agimexpharm, Stock Code: AGP) to exercise their rights to purchase additional publicly offered shares.

Agimexpharm plans to issue 3,992,290 AGP shares at a ratio of 20:03 (1 share entitles the holder to 1 purchase right, and 20 purchase rights allow the acquisition of 3 new shares). The issuance price is set at 25,000 VND per share.

To ensure the number of shares issued does not exceed the planned amount, the number of additional shares allocated to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Any fractional remainders will be handled by the Board of Directors, as authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders, who will determine the distribution criteria and methods for other investors, provided the sale price is at least 25,000 VND per share.

The transfer period for purchase rights is from December 4, 2025, to December 18, 2025. Each purchase right can be transferred once and cannot be further transferred to a third party.

The subscription and payment period for the shares runs from December 4, 2025, to December 25, 2025. The purchased securities are freely transferable.

The entire amount raised from this offering will be used to settle a loan of nearly 100 billion VND from VietinBank – An Giang Branch.

Regarding business performance, the Q3/2025 financial report indicates that Agimexpharm’s net revenue reached nearly 204 billion VND, an increase of approximately 5 billion VND compared to the same period last year. Gross profit exceeded 63 billion VND, with net profit from business activities surpassing 15 billion VND.

After deducting taxes and fees, Agimexpharm’s after-tax profit for Q3/2025 was nearly 13 billion VND, a slight increase from the 12.6 billion VND recorded in Q3/2024.

For the first nine months of 2025, the company’s cumulative net revenue and net profit reached over 611 billion VND and 37 billion VND, respectively.

As of September 30, 2025, Agimexpharm’s total assets stood at 1,242 billion VND, with current assets slightly increasing from 698 billion VND to 703 billion VND. Total liabilities also rose modestly from 786 billion VND to nearly 802 billion VND, primarily consisting of short-term debt amounting to nearly 689 billion VND.
