Saigon VRG Investment to Allocate Over VND 242 Billion for Interim Dividend Payment in Q1/2025

Saigon VRG Investment is set to distribute over VND 242 billion in interim dividends for the first tranche of 2025, offering a 10% payout ratio to shareholders. The final registration date for eligibility is November 20, 2025.

Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) announced that November 20, 2025, is the final registration date for shareholders to receive the first interim dividend payment of 2025 from Saigon VRG Investment Corporation (Stock Code: SIP, listed on HoSE).

Accordingly, Saigon VRG Investment will distribute the interim dividend to shareholders in cash at a rate of 10%, meaning shareholders holding one share will receive 1,000 VND.

With over 242.1 million SIP shares currently in circulation, it is estimated that Saigon VRG Investment will allocate more than 242.1 billion VND for this dividend payment. The payment is scheduled for December 18, 2025.

As of September 30, 2025, An Loc Urban Development and Investment Corporation holds over 47.9 million SIP shares (19.79% ownership), expected to receive more than 47.9 billion VND in dividends from Saigon VRG Investment.

Additionally, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Corporation (Stock Code: NTC, listed on HoSE) holds nearly 21.8 million SIP shares, anticipating approximately 21.8 billion VND in dividends from Saigon VRG Investment.

Regarding business performance, in the first nine months of 2025, Saigon VRG Investment recorded consolidated net revenue of nearly 6,304.3 billion VND, a 9.9% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

After deducting taxes and fees, the company reported a net profit of nearly 1,101.8 billion VND, a 22.1% rise year-over-year.

For 2025, Saigon VRG Investment set a business target with a projected consolidated after-tax profit of nearly 832.6 billion VND. Thus, after the first three quarters, the company has achieved 132.3% of its planned after-tax profit.

As of the end of Q3 2025, Saigon VRG Investment’s total assets increased by 13.4% from the beginning of the year to over 28,410.1 billion VND. This includes short-term financial investments of nearly 5,282.6 billion VND, accounting for 18.6% of total assets, and investment real estate of nearly 6,021 billion VND, representing 21.2% of total assets.

On the liabilities side, total payables stand at nearly 22,713.5 billion VND, up 12.5% from the start of the year. This includes long-term unearned revenue of over 12,822.5 billion VND, making up 56.5% of total liabilities, and loans and finance leases of 4,589.3 billion VND, accounting for 20.2% of total liabilities.
