During the meeting, the General Secretary highly appreciated and welcomed Luxshare-ICT’s commitment to fostering investment and business cooperation in Vietnam over the past decade. With a total investment of over 1.8 billion USD, the corporation has created employment opportunities for tens of thousands of workers.

Expressing gratitude for Mr. Wang Lai Sheng’s positive remarks on Vietnam’s development prospects, the General Secretary affirmed that Vietnam has achieved encouraging results and will continue striving to maintain political and social stability, economic growth, and development. Acknowledging the positive advancements in political relations and practical cooperation across various sectors between Vietnam and China, the General Secretary emphasized that these serve as a solid foundation for businesses from both nations to confidently enhance exchanges, expand collaboration, and reap mutual successes, thereby strengthening the shared interests of the two countries.

The General Secretary shared the vision of development and the critical role of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in creating new momentum and driving the nation’s breakthrough development in the new era. He affirmed that the Vietnamese Party and State always welcome foreign enterprises to expand investment and cooperation in Vietnam, ensuring favorable conditions and equal treatment for all foreign businesses operating in the country. Efforts will continue to improve the investment and business environment, making it more equitable, transparent, and convenient.

The General Secretary outlined key priorities for Luxshare-ICT to further enhance its investment in Vietnam, including digital economy, green economy, science and technology, innovation, electronic components, and semiconductor industry development. He also emphasized the importance of technology transfer and supporting high-quality human resource training in Vietnam.

Luxshare-ICT Vice Chairman Wang Lai Sheng expressed his honor and sincere gratitude to the General Secretary for the meeting. He reported on the corporation’s business achievements and development, emphasizing that Luxshare-ICT considers Vietnam as its most important production hub among the 29 countries and territories where it invests. The corporation’s leadership highlighted its focus on training and upgrading the skills of Vietnamese engineers and workforce, maintaining one of the highest localization rates among foreign enterprises.

Agreeing with the General Secretary’s strategic directions and expressing confidence in Vietnam’s development prospects, Mr. Wang Lai Sheng affirmed that Luxshare-ICT will continue investing and expanding its business in Vietnam through several large-scale projects in science, technology, and innovation in Bac Ninh province and other localities. These projects, with a new investment scale of no less than 10 billion USD, aim to enhance Vietnam’s position in the high-tech industry chain regionally and globally.
