Sun Group is significantly expanding its presence in the former Vung Tau area (now part of Ho Chi Minh City) with several large-scale projects. Recently, the group commenced construction on the 3/2 Road urban area, also known as Blanca City, in Rach Dua Ward (formerly Ward 10, Vung Tau City).

The 3/2 Road axis has become a hotspot, attracting major real estate players to launch projects such as The Maris, Blanca City, and La Vida Residences. This road has been comprehensively upgraded with six lanes, stone-paved sidewalks, lush greenery, and a modern lighting system, enhancing the urban landscape of the area.

Blanca City spans 96 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 37 trillion (approximately USD 1.4 billion). The project is divided into five main zones: high-rise apartments, low-rise villas, a commercial and retail complex, a condotel and hotel area, and a 19-hectare themed water park, which serves as the project’s entertainment centerpiece.

The developer is accelerating construction, deploying thousands of workers and equipment around the clock to ensure timely completion.

Observations reveal that internal roads are being asphalted, with median strips planted with greenery and technical infrastructure, including underground electrical systems and drainage, under active development.

The Casa Villa and Casa Townhouse rows along C10 Road have completed their exterior finishes. On the market, each semi-detached villa is priced between VND 25 billion and VND 30 billion, depending on location and size.

The villa complexes within the project are attracting investors due to their central location near the main entrance, adjacent to the water park, and are expected to draw significant visitor numbers once operational.

The Sun World Vung Tau Water Park, located at the project’s center, is being constructed at a rapid pace and is scheduled to open in February next year.

Upon completion, this water park will be the largest themed park in Southern Vietnam, covering 19 hectares and featuring the tallest twin wave pool in Vietnam and the longest water slide in Asia.
