As reported by Tiền Phong, accessing the Mailisa.com website—the official site of Mailisa Beauty Clinic—reveals that the “Products” section, once a stable feature on the toolbar, has completely vanished.

Scrolling down, the “Products” section still displays images and information about Doctor Magic cosmetics, along with a description: “Doctor Magic cosmetics are officially imported and distributed by Mailisa, with product registration certificates issued by the Drug Administration of Vietnam – Ministry of Health…”.
However, clicking on the section redirects users to the homepage, showcasing the clinic’s medical team and KOLs endorsing Mailisa, rather than displaying product details.
Despite the “Products” section being visible, clicking on it no longer displays product information.
Previously, clicking on “Products” revealed detailed images, descriptions, and prices of Doctor Magic cosmetic sets, which Mailisa heavily promoted as “officially imported,” “quality-tested,” “absolutely safe,” and “exclusively distributed by Mailisa.”
The sudden removal occurred without any announcement or explanation from the company. This is despite Mrs. Phan Thị Mai, the founder of Mailisa, asserting on November 11th that all Doctor Magic products distributed by Mailisa are not counterfeit, not mixed creams, but officially imported and rigorously tested, fully complying with Ministry of Health regulations.

According to Mrs. Mai, all Doctor Magic products have legal cosmetic registration certificates issued by the Drug Administration of Vietnam – Ministry of Health. Each imported batch is tested by reputable units such as the Quality Measurement and Testing Center 3 (Quatest 3) and Viet Tin Analysis – Testing Company, with results cross-checked by 2-3 different laboratories to ensure transparency.
The testing process includes checks for heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic, etc.) and microorganisms to ensure the products are free from bacteria, mold, and harmful microbes, making them absolutely safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

If test results are unsatisfactory, Mailisa immediately returns the batch to the foreign partner in accordance with the contract terms, ensuring the protection of customer health and the brand’s reputation.
Mrs. Mai’s statement appeared on social media on November 11th. By the morning of November 13th, the Mailisa system faced significant public scrutiny after police searched multiple branches nationwide and seized documents for investigation.
