VinFast’s Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Ha Tinh Announces Massive Recruitment Drive
VinFast’s electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Ha Tinh has announced a recruitment drive for 2,500 workers to support its accelerated production plans for the year-end. The hiring needs span a wide range of roles, from team leaders and engineers to technicians and production operators. Entry requirements are flexible, with candidates only needing a lower secondary school qualification.
The compensation package in Ha Tinh offers an average monthly income ranging from 10 to 18 million VND, depending on the position. The company provides fully subsidized accommodation for workers from distant areas, shuttle services between Ha Tinh and Quang Binh, and various allowances for meals, attendance, transportation, housing, and comprehensive insurance coverage as per regulations.

Simultaneously, VinFast’s Hai Phong plant is recruiting 2,000 workers for production, assembly, painting/welding, maintenance, and logistics roles.
The compensation structure in Hai Phong differs, comprising a base salary of 9,700,000 VND/month, KPI bonuses ranging from 1,500,000 to 3,000,000 VND/month, housing allowance of 1,500,000 VND/month, and a recruitment incentive of 500,000 VND/month.
Notably, VinFast Hai Phong offers a “joining bonus” of 10,000,000 VND for new employees who meet performance targets in their initial months.

In addition to production staff, VinFast is also seeking high-caliber technical personnel for both locations. According to job postings on employment platforms, the position of Supplier Quality Engineer in the Electrical and Electronics sector, based in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh, offers a salary range of 1,000–1,500 USD/month (approximately 28–38 million VND).
Beyond these targeted recruitment drives, VinFast is rolling out a nationwide “Recruitment and Training Program for Technicians,” aiming to hire an additional 2,000 electric car technicians and 1,200 electric motorcycle technicians. Trainees receive full tuition coverage, living expenses, a stipend during training, and guaranteed employment upon completion.
VinFast’s workforce expansion comes as Ha Tinh and Hai Phong emerge as strategic investment hubs for Vingroup. Beyond the automotive plant, the province is also home to the Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park project, with a total investment of over 13,200 billion VND, spanning 965 hectares, and slated for completion by the end of Q4/2030.
