On the morning of November 15th, the launch event of the Sun Urban City project – Flora Avenue District, themed “Where the Boulevard Weaves Prosperity,” attracted nearly 800 attendees. The Ha Nam Sports Arena (Ninh Binh) was nearly filled to capacity.

According to him, the rapid completion pace and consistent product launches have positioned Sun Urban City as the leading driver of investment in the region, creating a ripple effect that attracts more developers and secondary investors.
“Not only has Sun Group catalyzed a new growth cycle for the Ha Nam (former) real estate market, but it has also set new standards for modern, civilized living and synchronized infrastructure in South Hanoi, ushering in an era of high-quality urban development aligned with sustainable living and business spaces,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh.
In the first nine months of 2025, the area recorded a fourfold increase in new supply compared to 2024, with over 90% originating from the Sun Urban City megaproject. The absorption rate reached approximately 65% of the new supply during the launch phases.
