The project site spans a total area of 106.85 hectares, situated within the 250-hectare adjusted master plan for the conservation, restoration, and enhancement of the Chứa Chan Mountain scenic landmark by 2030. The estimated total investment is nearly 16.2 trillion VND.

The project is designed to accommodate interconnected commercial buildings, luxury villas, tourism and entertainment facilities, accommodations, hotels, a cable car system, and a mountain railway integrated with a synchronized green park and technical infrastructure. It aims to meet the projected demand of approximately 5 million visitors by 2030, including around 100,000 overnight stays (averaging 3,000 guests per day).
The master plan allocates 2.18 hectares for interconnected commercial buildings, approximately 5 stories high, comprising 149 units; 30.68 hectares for luxury villas, 4 stories high, with 630 units; 4.47 hectares for accommodations and hotels, 5 stories high, featuring 34 structures; and 29.72 hectares for entertainment and service facilities, ranging from 5 to 9 stories.
The project is expected to be completed in approximately 7 years. In the first year (from November 2025 to October 2026), the developer will focus on finalizing legal procedures and financial obligations to secure land handover.
Over the next 2 years (from October 2026 to September 2028), the developer will invest in constructing the entire technical infrastructure and partial components of the project, including interconnected commercial buildings, luxury villas, tourism and entertainment facilities, hotels, cable cars, mountain railways, green spaces, parking lots, and internal roads.
In the following 4 years (from October 2028 to September 2032), the remaining components of the project will be completed.
After the initial 7 years (from October 2032 onward), environmental protection facilities will undergo trial operations before the project officially commences full operations.
Notably, the entire 106.85-hectare project area is currently designated as protected forest land (serving as a water source for the local community). However, the People’s Committee of Đồng Nai Province approved the conversion of this protected forest land for the project in a document dated September 18, 2025, and permitted the developer to pay for reforestation as compensation.
On April 19, the People’s Committee of Đồng Nai Province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the eco-tourism, resort, and entertainment project at Chứa Chan Mountain. The project is expected to transform Chứa Chan Mountain into a landmark destination, significantly boosting tourism in the Southeast region of Vietnam.
