Established in May 2022, Tri Holdings is a real estate company headquartered on Binh Duong Avenue, Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Tran Van Tri serves as both the Chairman of the Board and the Director.
At its inception, the company had a chartered capital of 21 billion VND, contributed by three individuals: Mr. Tri (80%), Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen (15%), and Mr. Tran Trung Tin (5%). After several capital increases, the most recent being on October 16, 2025, the chartered capital has now reached 370 billion VND.
Tri Holdings is known as the developer of the Hoa Lan Thuan Giao apartment project, located on the frontage of Binh Duong Avenue in Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project spans a total land area of 6,139 square meters and is expected to include a 40-story apartment building with 688 units.
The Hoa Lan Thuan Giao apartment project has received investment approval and investor approval, along with the decision to approve the 1/500 scale master plan. DC4 is scheduled to break ground on the project in December 2025.

DC4’s acquisition of the project comes as the company has recognized a portion of its revenue and profit from the A2-1 Vung Tau Centre Point apartment complex in the second and third quarters of 2025. As of September 2025, DC4 has accumulated profits of nearly 177 billion VND. Its total assets exceed 1.5 trillion VND, with short-term customer deposits amounting to over 1 trillion VND, primarily from buyers of the A2-1 Chi Linh (Vung Tau Centre Point) apartments, totaling 945 billion VND.
With the acquisition of Tri Holdings, DC4 increases its number of subsidiaries to three, alongside DIC Construction Materials JSC and VINAWINDOW Co., Ltd.
At the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Chairman Le Dinh Thang announced that the company is exploring investments in several industrial clusters in Chau Duc district. Regarding apartment investments, DC4 holds significant land reserves in Vung Tau city and plans to commence construction on a 25-story apartment building in 2026.
