According to the decision dated November 5, 2025, the Prime Minister has instructed the Ministry of Education and Training, the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province, and relevant agencies to guide and oversee the name change process. This ensures transparency, prevents corruption, financial losses, and waste, and maintains the school’s normal operations. It also safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of students, faculty, staff, and related individuals and organizations, in compliance with the law.
Chu Van An University, established as a private university under Decision 135/QĐ-TTg dated June 8, 2006, by the Prime Minister, has trained tens of thousands of students over 19 years. It has provided high-quality human resources for provinces and cities nationwide.
In August 2021, Ecopark Group invested in Chu Van An University, launching the EcoUni campus within the Ecopark Urban Area.
In July 2025, Intracom Group (Infrastructure and Transportation Construction Investment JSC) became the sole investor of Chu Van An University following an M&A deal with Ecopark Group. The university is currently led by Prof. Dr. Ngo Xuan Binh, a member of the School Council and Acting President.
At the 2025-2026 academic year opening ceremony, Intracom Group’s logo appeared on stage. The Group pledged long-term support in training and infrastructure development as a strategic investor.
