Viconship Set to Receive Nearly VND 90 Billion in Dividends from Green Port Vip

Green Port Vip is set to distribute over VND 164.4 billion in cash dividends for 2025, offering a 20% payout ratio to its shareholders. Notably, Viconship is expected to receive nearly VND 89.4 billion from this dividend allocation.

Recently, Green Port VIP Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: VRG, UPCoM) announced that November 27, 2025, will be the final registration date for shareholders to receive the 2025 interim dividend.

Accordingly, Green Port VIP plans to distribute an interim cash dividend to shareholders at a rate of 20%, meaning each shareholder holding one share will receive 2,000 VND.

With over 82.2 million VGR shares currently in circulation, Green Port VIP is expected to allocate approximately 164.4 billion VND for this interim dividend payment.

As of September 30, 2025, Vietnam Container Corporation (Viconship, Stock Code: VSC, HoSE) holds 54.35% of Green Port VIP’s charter capital, equivalent to nearly 44.7 million VGR shares. Viconship is estimated to receive nearly 89.4 billion VND in dividends.

Just before Green Port VIP’s dividend cutoff date, Leadvisors Fund Management JSC purchased 4.7 million VGR shares to increase its ownership stake. The transaction was executed on November 11, 2025.

Following the transaction, Leadvisors increased its VGR holdings from nearly 6.6 million shares to nearly 11.3 million shares, raising its ownership from 7.98% to 13.7% of Green Port VIP’s capital.

According to UPCoM trading data, on November 11, 2025, 4.7 million VGR shares were traded in a negotiated deal totaling nearly 228 billion VND, at a price of 48,500 VND per share.

In terms of business performance, Green Port VIP recorded a cumulative net revenue of over 875.8 billion VND in the first nine months of 2025, an 8.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. After-tax profit reached nearly 361.7 billion VND, up 33.8% year-on-year.

On the liabilities side, total payables amounted to over 200.5 billion VND, a 3.5% increase from the beginning of the year. Short-term provisions for liabilities were recorded at 76 billion VND, making up 37.9% of total liabilities.
