Vingroup Corporation has announced the successful completion of a written shareholder consultation, addressing three key issues: issuance of shares to increase equity capital from owner’s equity and related matters; changes in business lines; and amendments to the corporation’s charter.
In the Ballot Verification Minutes for this process, Vingroup stated that voting ballots were sent to 31,273 shareholders, representing nearly 3.85 billion shares.
Previously, in the 2024 Annual Report, Vingroup recorded 56,857 shareholders holding over 3.82 billion VIC shares as of the end of 2024.
This year, VIC shares have surged by 445%, climbing from VND 40,000 to VND 220,000.

Vingroup also noted a group of “special shareholders” who acquired shares through Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong’s capital contributions in the form of shares, including GSM, VinEnergo, and VinSpeed.
A real estate company previously capitalized with VIC shares, VMI (Hưng Long Real Estate Management and Investment JSC), has since merged into VinSpeed.
This group currently holds nearly 58% of Vingroup’s charter capital.
According to the Q3/2025 financial report, Vingroup’s consolidated net revenue for the first nine months of 2025 reached VND 169,611 billion, a 34% increase year-over-year. Consolidated after-tax profit for the same period hit VND 7,565 billion, 1.9 times higher than in 2024, achieving 76% of the 2025 profit target.
As of September 30, 2025, Vingroup’s total assets stood at VND 1,087,870 billion, up 30% from December 31, 2024, surpassing the VND 1,000 trillion mark for the first time.
