Discover the CT3 Social Housing Project, part of the new Kim Chung Urban Area (Thăng Long Green City). Developed by a joint venture between Hanoi Investment and Housing Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation, construction began in March 2025.
Spanning 2.4 hectares, the CT3 plot features three high-rise residential buildings—CT3A, CT3B, and CT3C—ranging from 9 to 12 stories, plus a basement and a rooftop. The project offers 1,104 units, including 589 for sale, 212 for rent, 128 rent-to-own, and 175 commercial apartments.
Strategically located on the extended National Highway 5 (Highway 23B) with a 50-meter-wide dual carriageway, the project sits opposite the Bắc Thăng Long Industrial Park (300 hectares). Residents enjoy seamless access to downtown via key routes like Hoàng Sa and Võ Văn Kiệt Roads.
As of the latest update, one of the CT3 towers has reached the 10th floor, showcasing steady progress in construction.
According to the joint venture representatives, the focus is on accelerating construction to meet deadlines. The project’s rough construction is slated for completion by Q4/2025, with handover to residents expected in Q4/2026.
Applications for purchase, rental, and rent-to-own are now open, from November 17, 2025, to January 3, 2026. Amid soaring commercial property prices and limited affordable housing, the CT3 project has attracted thousands eager to secure a unit.
“We welcome all applications for our social housing project. Applicants can track progress online without queuing overnight or worrying about missing out. Transparency is our priority, ensuring a stress-free experience,” stated the joint venture representative.
Units are priced at approximately 18.4 million VND/m² (including VAT and maintenance fees). Contracts for the CT3 Kim Chung social housing project are expected to be signed in Q1/2026.
