Land Handover
The HCMC – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh Expressway spans approximately 60 kilometers, with about 7 kilometers passing through Dong Nai province.
The project aims to connect the Southeast region, driving local development and opening new growth opportunities. Upon completion of the Gia Nghia – Chon Thanh Expressway, these two highways will form a transportation axis linking the Central Highlands, fostering regional connectivity and socio-economic growth while ensuring national defense and security across the region and the country.
To execute the project, Dong Nai province must reclaim 272 land plots totaling over 74 hectares in Chon Thanh Ward and Nha Bich Commune. The Chon Thanh branch of the Land Fund Development Center is responsible for compensation and land clearance for the expressway segment within the province.
The Chon Thanh branch, in collaboration with local authorities, has completed land reclamation notifications, measurements, and inventory assessments.
