The Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work is an annual ranking of workplace environments across businesses, conducted by Anphabe—a leading Vietnamese consulting firm specializing in employer branding and happy workplace solutions—since 2013. This initiative is sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and verified by Intage Vietnam, a market research company.

To compile this year’s Top 100 list, Anphabe surveyed over 73,000 respondents, evaluating the workplace quality of 650+ companies across 18 key industries. Based on these insights, Anphabe ranks the top 100 workplaces for both large and medium-sized enterprises. F88 secured the 6th position in the financial services sector for medium-sized companies.
Beyond this recognition, F88 was also certified as a Happiness at Work 2025 enterprise, meeting Anphabe’s 15 stringent criteria. With an 86% happiness index—surpassing the industry average of 82%—F88 achieved 87–92% in core areas like Consistent Direction, Benefits, and Senior Leadership, outperforming industry benchmarks by 5–7%. These results highlight F88’s effective investment in people-centric strategies, backed by transparent data.
