Sacombank has announced the temporary suspension of transactions at several branches and transaction offices due to severe flooding caused by heavy rainfall. Specifically, the Phu Tai Transaction Office, under the Binh Dinh branch, will halt operations from 7:30 AM on Wednesday, November 19, until further notice.
Additionally, the Dien Khanh and Cam Lam transaction offices, under the Khanh Hoa branch, will also suspend services from 7:30 AM on Thursday, November 20.
The Phu Yen and Ninh Hoa branches, along with their affiliated transaction offices, will close from 7:30 AM on Thursday, November 20.

Kienlongbank has also issued a notice regarding the temporary closure of several transaction points due to flooding in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa provinces on November 19. Affected locations include: KienlongBank Tuy An, KienlongBank Son Hoa, KienlongBank Song Cau (Dak Lak province); KienlongBank Dien Khanh, KienlongBank Khanh Hoa (Khanh Hoa province).

Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has announced the temporary suspension of all branch and transaction office operations in Dak Lak province (formerly Phu Yen) from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on November 20. ATMs in these areas will also be temporarily out of service to ensure safety.
Sai Gon – Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) has announced the temporary closure of branches, transaction offices, and ATMs from November 20 in affected areas, including: Tuy Phuoc and An Nhon transaction offices (Binh Dinh branch); Ninh Hoa transaction office (Khanh Hoa branch). The bank stated that the list may be updated if weather conditions worsen. Resumption of operations will be announced based on local conditions.
Similarly, BaoViet Bank has announced the temporary suspension of transactions from November 20 at the Khanh Hoa branch (8A Dinh Tien Hoang, Nha Trang ward) and the Nha Trang transaction office (Nam Nha Trang ward). ATMs in Khanh Hoa province will also be temporarily inactive from November 20. Operations are expected to resume on November 21, 2025, or as further updates are provided.
According to the latest weather updates, heavy to very heavy rainfall continued overnight and early this morning (November 21) in areas east of Quang Ngai to Dak Lak provinces and northern Khanh Hoa province. Rainfall from 7 PM on November 20 to 3 AM on November 21 ranged between 20-60mm, with some areas exceeding 100mm, such as Song Hinh 4 (Dak Lak) at 127.2mm, Dai Lanh (Khanh Hoa) at 103.6mm, and Ho Hoa Son (Khanh Hoa) at 102mm.
On November 21, these regions are expected to experience continued moderate to heavy rainfall, with precipitation levels ranging from 40-80mm, and localized areas receiving over 150mm.
In addition to widespread flooding, provinces from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa, and areas from Hue to Khanh Hoa, face risks of flash floods in rivers and streams, as well as landslides on steep slopes.
