Ca Mau: 1 Project
The Department of Construction in Ca Mau Province is preparing to invite interest in the investment project for the construction of a residential and commercial area in An Xuyên Ward, covering an area of over 29.2 hectares. The planned population is nearly 7,400 people, with a total investment capital of more than VND 3,278 billion.
The project will provide products and services including adjacent houses, villas, social housing apartments, and synchronized technical and social infrastructure as per the approved planning. The implementation timeline is set for 48 months.
Nghe An: 2 Projects
The Department of Planning and Investment in Nghe An Province has announced an investment call for the Urban and Commercial Service Area in Bac Thung Block, Nam Đàn Town, Nam Đàn District (now Van An Commune), with an investment capital of over VND 1,104 billion. The project is expected to be completed within 7 years from the date of land allocation.
Additionally, there is a project for the Urban Area in the Western part of Tan Ky Town, Tan Ky District (now Tan Ky Commune), with a total investment capital of nearly VND 926 billion. The current land use includes approximately 13.1 hectares of agricultural land, and over 2.6 hectares of non-agricultural and unused land.
Hanoi: 1 Project
The Hanoi Department of Finance plans to select investors for the Tien Truong New Urban Area project in Xuan Mai Commune during the fourth quarter of 2025. The project spans 21.7 hectares, with a scale of 1,891 units and a population of nearly 4,100 people. The total investment capital is approximately VND 2,509 billion. The project is expected to be completed within 4 years from the date of land allocation or lease by the City People’s Committee.
Ninh Binh: 9 Projects
The Department of Finance in Ninh Binh Province is calling for investment in 9 urban and residential projects, with a total investment capital of over VND 4,800 billion, and plans to select investors in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Among these, 3 projects are located in Tan Thanh Commune, including the urban area project in Thanh Phong Commune and Tan Thanh Town, Thanh Liem District (TL-ĐT16.22), with a total investment of over VND 779 billion, and a timeline from 2025 to 2029.
The project for the construction of a rural residential area at OM-10 plot according to the general planning of Thanh Phong Commune, Thanh Liem District, has an investment capital of nearly VND 195 billion, with a timeline from 2025 to 2028.
Another project is the urban area development in Thanh Phong Commune and Tan Thanh Town, Thanh Liem District, with an investment capital of nearly VND 770 billion, and a timeline until 2030.
In Kim Thanh Ward, there are 2 projects: the urban area west of National Highway 1A (bypass section of Phu Ly City) with a total investment of VND 560.5 billion, and the urban area development combined with urban renovation north of T3 Road, with an investment of VND 455 billion. Both projects have a timeline until 2030.
In Kim Bang Ward, the project for the urban area development combined with urban renovation south of Ring Road 5 has a total investment capital of over VND 473 billion.
The project for the urban area in Thai Ha Urban Subdivision Planning, Ly Nhan District (LN-PK03.22), east of Thai Ha Industrial Zone (now in Bac Ly and Tran Thuong Communes), has an investment capital of VND 668.5 billion, with a timeline until 2030.
The project for the rural residential area south of N2 Road in Duc Ly Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province (now in Nam Xang Commune), has an investment capital of VND 231.5 billion, with a timeline from 2025 to 2029.
Lastly, the project for the urban area south of Pho Ca Urban Center, Thanh Liem District (now in Thanh Liem Commune), has a total investment capital of VND 705 billion. The project includes the construction of technical infrastructure, housing, and commercial services, with a timeline from 2025 to 2030.
All projects have a 50-year operation period, focusing on the construction of technical infrastructure, housing, and commercial services to create urban areas with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, connecting with existing residential areas and ongoing projects in the region.
