Shaping Da Nang’s New Urban Hub

Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, asserts that Da Nang is rapidly developing with immense potential, fueled by key projects such as the international financial center, free trade zone, night-time economy, modern infrastructure, and iconic tourism landmarks in Son Tra, Ba Na, and Hoi An, attracting a surge of visitors.

The growth momentum from the Da Nang – Quang Nam twin engines is drawing a wave of high-quality labor, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking a convenient lifestyle, lush landscapes, and open spaces. “This explains why real estate projects near the sea, mountains, and rivers are in high demand, even at premium prices,” Dr. Dinh analyzes.

He emphasizes that Da Nang, alongside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, is a centrally governed city receiving significant investment. While Hanoi represents the North and Ho Chi Minh City the South, Da Nang leads the Central region. “Despite its lower property prices, Da Nang boasts natural advantages, a favorable environment, and enhanced appeal post-merger with Quang Nam, expanding its development scope,” Mr. Dinh notes.

In Da Nang’s new urban development blueprint, the southern area, particularly Hoa Xuan, shines as a standout. Modern transportation investments and new bridges have reduced travel time to the city center and international airport to just 15 minutes. This area, bridging central Da Nang and the expanding southeastern urban cluster towards former Quang Nam, offers vast land reserves, attracting investors post-administrative merger.

Positioned at the confluence of three major rivers—Co Co, Do Toan, and Cam Le—with the Co Co River linking Da Nang and Hoi An being revitalized, experts view Hoa Xuan as ideal for modern urban development. It’s a vital link in the Da Nang – Quang Nam regional growth strategy, expanding socio-economic development across Central Vietnam.

Sun NeO City: The Epicenter of Connectivity and New Investment Waves

Centrally located in Hoa Xuan, Sun NeO City epitomizes Da Nang’s southern transformation. At the heart of Sun NeO City, Cora Tower enjoys a prime transportation network, featuring two prized facades. One faces Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, a bustling route to the city center via Hoa Xuan Bridge, while the other borders 29/3 Street, connecting seamlessly to Hoi An within 30-35 minutes. The airport is just 5-10 minutes away via Vo Chi Cong Avenue.

Residents are a 10-minute drive from Da Nang’s famed beaches like My Khe and Non Nuoc, as well as attractions like Hoa Xuan Stadium, Marble Mountains, the 50-hectare Hyde Park, shopping centers, universities, and services.

“While central Da Nang’s land is scarce, the southern area offers developers ample space for modern urban projects with full amenities. It’s close enough to enjoy Da Nang’s vibrancy yet far enough to embrace nature,” shares Phan Tam, a seasoned real estate consultant.

Cora Tower redefines living through immersive experiences. Its 25-story twin towers and 2 basements offer contemporary living, complemented by a vibrant podium housing top-tier amenities: the region’s largest Kid’s Club, a Korean-style Jjimjilbang spa, a modern gym, indoor pool with city views, and more.
