VinFast’s Remarkable Global Performance in Q3 2025
VinFast delivered a total of 38,195 electric vehicles globally in Q3 2025, marking a 74% year-over-year increase compared to Q3 2024 and a 7% rise from Q2 2025. For the first nine months of 2025, the company’s global deliveries reached 110,362 units, a 149% surge from the same period last year.
In the same quarter, VinFast delivered 120,052 electric motorcycles and e-bikes, a 535% year-over-year increase and a 73% rise from the previous quarter. Cumulatively, the company delivered 234,536 electric motorcycles and e-bikes in the first nine months, a 489% increase year-over-year.
Total revenue for Q3 2025 reached 18.1 trillion VND (718.6 million USD), reflecting a 46.8% year-over-year growth and a 9.0% increase from Q2 2025.

Strong International Expansion Alongside Domestic Leadership
In India, VinFast expanded its dealership network to 20 showrooms as of September 30, 2025. The company partnered with major banks such as State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank, while also expanding its third-party after-sales service network.
According to India’s VAHAN system, VinFast ranked among the top 8 EV brands in new registrations for October 2025.
In Indonesia, VinFast expanded its distribution network to 33 dealerships. The Indonesian Automotive Industry Association (GAIKINDO) reported that VinFast captured approximately 5% of the battery electric vehicle (BEV) market, ranking among the top 5 BEV brands in 2025.
In the Philippines, VinFast expanded its dealership network to 9 locations nationwide.
In the United States, VinFast opened its first dealership in California and is further expanding its brand presence through third-party dealer partnerships.
In Europe, the company launched two electric bus models, EB 8 and EB 12, at Busworld Europe 2025. The 12-meter urban bus, EB 12, meets all UNECE and CE standards and has already received orders in the European market. The 8-meter model, EB 8, will be launched later.
In the Middle East, VinFast announced a partnership with the Arab Automobile Association (AAA) to provide roadside emergency services for VinFast customers in six countries: the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Appointment of New Board Member
On November 20, 2025, VinFast’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Pham Nhat Quan Anh as a new board member.
Mr. Quan Anh is a senior leader at VinFast, having joined the company in February 2019. He has held several key positions, including Vice Chairman, Deputy CEO for Global After-Sales, and Director of Planning, Coordination, and Quality Control. His contributions have been instrumental in VinFast’s rapid growth, from its early localization phase to its global expansion strategy.
Prior to joining VinFast, Mr. Quan Anh served as Deputy CEO and Deputy Managing Director at Vinpearl from 2017 to 2019, gaining extensive experience in operations management and strategic planning in the hospitality sector.
Mr. Quan Anh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Singapore Management University.
With this appointment, VinFast’s Board of Directors now consists of seven members, including two independent directors.
