GSAT, a globally recognized aptitude test by Samsung, assesses logical thinking, reasoning, and visual processing skills. It serves as a crucial screening round before candidates advance to interviews on December 17th.

Successful candidates will join Samsung’s manufacturing hubs and centers, including SEV, SEVT, SDV, SEMV, and the SRV R&D Center. This recruitment drive prioritizes tech-savvy applicants, aligning with Samsung’s focus on automation and innovative technology research.

Beyond regular hiring, Samsung is expanding its internship program for final-year students. Notably, this year includes candidates from socio-economic backgrounds, broadening opportunities across diverse disciplines.

Interns engage in a 2-month program at Samsung facilities, receiving financial support, clear benefits, and hands-on experience in high-tech environments under seasoned experts. Outstanding performers may secure full-time roles post-graduation.

Candidates focused during the exam

Na Ki Hong, CEO of Samsung Vietnam, emphasized that the company’s 30-year success in Vietnam is significantly attributed to local talent. He expressed confidence that the new GSAT recruits will drive Samsung’s future milestones and elevate Vietnam’s technological standing.

Introduced in Vietnam in 2011, GSAT has become a staple recruitment channel for fresh graduates. Samsung also maintains programs like programmer recruitment, STP scholarships, and hiring for technicians and production staff.

This comprehensive recruitment ecosystem enables Samsung to access a diverse young workforce while offering students, especially those in tech, expanded career pathways.
