Recently, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Phong, CEO of Vincons Construction Investment and Development JSC (VinCons), a construction company under Vinhomes, sent a heartfelt letter to construction workers nationwide, calling for labor participation in key projects.

In the letter, the VinCons CEO highlighted past projects, emphasizing their scale with terms like “national key projects,” “vast,” “grand,” “international standards,” and “world-class.” He stressed the workers’ role in the company’s development: “A company is truly strong when its workforce is strong.” The CEO affirmed the goal of building a robust team where workers are respected, protected, and developed to their full potential.

“This letter is not just to recruit labor but to invite you to join VinCons in building a strong team where workers are respected, protected, and developed to their full potential,” expressed the VinCons CEO.

While the letter does not detail specific positions, it mentions attractive salaries and benefits. VinCons offers workers salaries ranging from 14 to 47 million VND per month, paid twice monthly. Those exceeding targets receive 100% bonuses, and trainees are paid during training.

The CEO emphasized job stability, long-term projects, and 70% salary for workers on leave. VinCons provides free accommodation, utilities, meals, air-conditioned rooms, and transportation to sites. Workers also receive health, social, and accident insurance.

In late October, VinCons announced a recruitment drive for 50,000 construction workers, from laborers to engineers, with salaries ranging from 14 to 47 million VND monthly. Work locations include Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City.

This large-scale recruitment follows VinCons being selected as the main contractor for multiple Vingroup projects.
