As of November 21, 2025, the combined assets of Vietnam’s 20 wealthiest individuals in the stock market reached a staggering 905.8 trillion VND, marking a 95.9 trillion VND increase from the beginning of the month and a 565.6 trillion VND surge since the start of the year.
Vingroup Chairman, Pham Nhat Vuong, continues to dominate the list with a net worth of 515.8 trillion VND as of November 22, 2025, reflecting an 86.9 trillion VND increase (37%) since October 31.
Mr. Vuong’s wealth currently stands at 21.1 billion USD, accounting for over 55% of the total value of the Top 20.
Vingroup’s Vice Chairwomen, Pham Thu Huong (Mr. Vuong’s spouse) and Pham Thuy Hang, both recorded a 37% asset growth since the month’s start. Mrs. Huong climbed from 17th to 5th place this year, while Mrs. Hang rose from 28th to 7th place compared to 2024.
Tran Dinh Long, Chairman of Hoa Phat, maintains the second position with 54.3 trillion VND, while his wife, Vu Thi Hien, ranks 10th.
Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of Vietjet Air, ascended to third place with 43.4 trillion VND, a 1.4 trillion VND (5%) increase from early November. Previously, she consistently held the fourth position. According to Forbes’ global billionaire list, Mrs. Thao’s net worth is 4.4 billion USD.
Do Anh Tuan, Chairman of Sunshine Group, saw his assets decline by 8% since October 31, 2025, now ranking fourth with 43.3 trillion VND.
Among the Top 20, 12 individuals experienced asset declines, including Do Anh Tuan, Ho Hung Anh (Techcombank Chairman) and his family, Truong Gia Binh (FPT Chairman), Nguyen Dang Quang (Masan Group Chairman), Nguyen Duc Tai and Tran Le Quan (The Gioi Di Dong leaders), Ngo Chi Dung (VPBank Chairman) and his family.
Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of Novaland, recorded a 10% asset increase since the month’s start, reaching 9.2 trillion VND.
