Recently, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) issued Decision No. 437/QĐ-XPHC regarding administrative penalties in the securities and stock market sector against Mimeco Mineral and Mechanical Joint Stock Company (Mimeco, Stock Code: MIM, UPCoM).
Accordingly, Mimeco was fined 92.5 million VND under Article 42, Clause 4(a) of Decree No. 156/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, for failing to disclose information as required by law.

Specifically, the company failed to disclose information on the SSC’s disclosure system and the Hanoi Stock Exchange’s (HNX) electronic information page for the Corporate Governance Reports of 2023, 2024; the Corporate Governance Reports for the first half of 2024, 2025; the Audited Financial Statements for 2023, 2024; and the Annual Reports for 2023, 2024.
Established in June 2005, Mimeco primarily operates in mineral exploitation and mechanical engineering. Its headquarters are located at 2 Đặng Thái Thân, Cửa Nam Ward, Hanoi.
Currently, Mimeco’s MIM shares are restricted from trading under Decision No. 809/QĐ-SGDHN dated July 10, 2025, due to the company’s failure to hold the Annual General Meeting for the last two fiscal years within the maximum timeframe after the fiscal year-end; delayed submission of the Audited Financial Statements for 2023, 2024 beyond 45 days from the disclosure deadline; and mandatory delisting due to the auditor’s refusal to provide an opinion on the most recent financial statements.
Additionally, MIM shares are suspended from trading under Decision No. 63/QĐ-SGDHN dated February 5, 2024, as Mimeco was mandatorily delisted for severe violations of information disclosure obligations.

The SSC also issued Decision No. 436/QĐ-XPHC regarding administrative penalties against Song Da 9.06 Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: S96, UPCoM).
The company was fined 92.5 million VND under Article 42, Clause 4(a) of Decree No. 156/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, for failing to disclose required information.
Specifically, the company did not disclose the following documents: Audited Financial Statements for 2023, 2024; Annual Reports for 2023, 2024; Corporate Governance Reports for 2023, 2024; Corporate Governance Reports for the first half of 2024, 2025; Documents for the Annual General Meetings of 2024, 2025; Meeting Minutes of the Annual General Meetings of 2024, 2025; and Resolutions of the Annual General Meetings of 2024, 2025.
Formerly a state-owned enterprise, Song Da 9.06 was equitized under Decisions No. 1745/QĐ-BXD and 1749/QĐ-BXD dated December 26, 2003, by the Ministry of Construction. It operates under the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on January 15, 2004.
Its main business activities include the construction of civil works, such as tunnels, industrial and civil structures, and hydroelectric projects. The company’s headquarters are located at Room 731, Sports Hotel, 15 Le Van Thiem, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
