Trung Nam Solar Repurchases Bonds Ahead of Maturity

Trung Nam Solar has successfully executed an early partial repurchase of its TSP119001 bond series, valued at 30 billion VND. This strategic move reduces the outstanding value of the bond series to 252 billion VND.

According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Trung Nam Solar Power JSC has announced the early redemption of a portion of its bond issuance.

On November 19, 2025, Trung Nam Solar Power redeemed a part of the TSP119001 bond series worth VND 30 billion, reducing the outstanding value of the bond to VND 252 billion.

Previously, from December 2022 to early November 2025, the company had conducted seven early redemptions of the same bond series. Most recently, on November 4, 2025, it redeemed VND 50 billion.

The TSP119001 bond series, issued on January 29, 2019, consists of 4,000 bonds with a face value of VND 100 million each, totaling VND 400 billion. With a 7-month term, the bonds are set to mature on January 29, 2026.

In terms of business performance, Trung Nam Solar Power reported a net profit of over VND 366.9 billion for the fiscal year 2024, a 32.3% increase compared to the previous year.

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s equity stood at over VND 1,658.9 billion, a 28.4% increase from December 31, 2023. This includes VND 1,000 billion in owner’s investment, VND 13.1 billion in other equity, and VND 645.8 billion in undistributed after-tax profits.

The debt-to-equity ratio decreased from 2.15 to 1.57 compared to the same period last year, with total liabilities amounting to over VND 2,599.4 billion. Notably, the company has no bank loans, but it has VND 1,800 billion in bond debt and VND 799.4 billion in other payables.

Established in June 2017, Trung Nam Solar Power JSC was formerly a subsidiary of Trung Nam Construction Investment JSC (Trung Nam Group), chaired by Nguyen Tam Thinh.

The company primarily operates in the electricity production sector, with its headquarters located in Ba Thap village, Thuan Bac commune, Khanh Hoa province.

Trung Nam Solar Power is the developer of the Trung Nam Solar Power Plant in the former Ninh Thuan province (now Khanh Hoa), covering 264 hectares with a capacity of 204 MW, featuring over 700,000 solar panels.
