VinFast unveiled its 7-seater electric MPV, the Limo Green, at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week 2025, marking its first public appearance in Indonesia. This strategic move underscores VinFast’s commitment to penetrating the Southeast Asian market, particularly as the electric MPV segment gains momentum.
During the event, VinFast announced that the Limo Green is now available for pre-order, with a starting price of approximately 319 million Rupiah (equivalent to 505 million VND). This competitive pricing positions the Limo Green as one of the most accessible electric MPVs in Indonesia, instantly capturing attention.

While VinFast has not yet disclosed specific performance details for the Indonesian market, the vehicle’s specifications in Vietnam include a 60.1kWh battery pack, offering a maximum range of 450km under the NEDC standard. The Limo Green supports fast DC charging at 80kW, enabling the battery to charge from 10% to 70% in just 30 minutes—ideal for users requiring continuous operation. The electric motor delivers 201 horsepower.
Another notable highlight is VinFast’s decision to manufacture the Limo Green at its Subang plant in Indonesia. This localization strategy not only optimizes production costs and pricing but also demonstrates the company’s long-term investment in the local market.
