The Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has directed the Department of Construction to prioritize and accelerate the progress of social housing projects across the province. The goal is to expedite their completion and bring them to market promptly. Relevant agencies and units with employees registered to purchase social housing, or local authorities, are tasked with verifying eligibility criteria, including income and housing conditions, using standardized forms.

Competent authorities will publicly disclose the list of approved buyers and tenants of social housing units upon contract signing. This list will be regularly updated to reflect new eligible recipients.

The Department of Construction will take the lead in inspecting and addressing illegal brokerage activities, such as unauthorized intermediaries, deposit collection, and fraudulent “diplomatic quota” sales related to social housing projects.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarize themselves with legal regulations and official social housing details to avoid exploitation. Direct engagement with authorized developer representatives is recommended, avoiding intermediaries, “diplomatic quotas,” or internal allocations.
